For returning it is important to return the product in its original packaging, and to enclose the invoice.

To be sure that your return shipment has arrived with us, we also advise you to keep your shipping receipt.
Costs on return
When you return an order you pay the return costs yourself. Has a defect or wrong product been delivered? Then you will receive back the total purchase price including shipping costs. Items can be returned within 60 business days of receipt.
We as the receiving party of your return shipment are not responsible for damage or loss of the package during transport. Always keep the proof of receipt good, which you receive from the party with which you send the package back.
Processing of return shipments
Upon receipt of the return shipment, it will be processed as soon as possible. Any replacement items will also be sent as soon as possible. We strive to process your shipment within 2 working days.
If you get money back from us, we will process this refund within 10 days. It depends on the speed of your bank when the money is in your account.
Conditions for return
The order can be exchanged or returned within 60 working days after receipt. Of course, the returned products must always be provided with all possible labels and packaging.
The following items can not be returned:
• Items received more than 60 business days ago
• Items where the seal has been broken
• Items that can not be exchanged for hygienic reasons, such as dirt or stains
• Items that are used, damaged or incomplete
• Items whose packaging is damaged due to use or careless opening of the box.
Pay attention! If the 60 working days have expired you can no longer return the order. Products that are damaged by you or show signs of wear are not eligible for exchange or refund.
